摘要

　　 本研究案係依據行政院核定之「服務業發展綱領及行動方案」所提發展策略，為推動服務業之國際化，請行政院主計處成立跨部會工作小組，進行可與國際接軌之服務業統計分類及建置資料庫工作，俾利政策研擬及產業研究。

　　 中華民國建築師公會全國聯合會接受內政部營建署之委託進行本研究案；針對全國開業建築師事務所辦理93年之產業調查，包括建築師事務所之家數及分佈、從業人力及類型、營業收支、產值、教育、就業機會等項目之調查及分析。

　　 經本研究的調查與分析，對於目前建築師事務所的營運狀態與組織結構，有概括性的瞭解，並對民國93年度建築服務業的產值與從業人數作成推估，建置基本資訊，以為改善建築師執業環境及未來的努力方向。

ABSTRACT

　　This study is based on the development strategy proposed in accordance with the “Service Industry Development Guideline and Action Plan” approved by the Executive Yuan. For internationalization of the service industry, the Executive Yuan Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics is urged to establish an inter-ministry taskforce to compile statistical data, identify categories and establish a databank for the service industry and ensure that the statistical analysis is compatible with the international community in order to facilitate policy formulation and industrial studies.

　　 The National Association of Architect, ROC is contracted by Ministry of the Interior Construction and Planning Agency to undertake this research project, to analyze data obtained from the 2004 industrial survey of the architecture firms nationwide, including the number and distribution of architecture firms, manpower of the industry and types of the manpower, operational revenues and expenditures, industrial value, education and employment opportunities.

　　 Through the survey and analysis, this study develops general understanding of the operational status and organizational structure of the architecture firms. It estimates the industrial value and number of employees of the architectural service industry in 2004 and establishes basic information for future expansion in order to improve architects’ operational environment and direct their future endeavors.
