Vision and History
I. Handle the construction of urban infrastructure projects to create a sustainable urban environment, support local governments in promoting local public construction and balanced regional development, and provide technical support and services such as building engineering and construction management for government agencies and schools at all levels.
II. Manage social housing projects commissioned by the National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center, construct quality buildings, improve the quality of social housing, provide livable and comfortable homes, create intergenerational livable communities and environments, and provide relief to families living in rental housing and those with physical disabilities.
III. Remain committed to improving the quality of project planning, design, and construction, taking into account the sustainable development of the ecosystem, facilitate the smooth implementation of public work projects, and ensure a balanced and friendly environment in both urban and rural areas.
IV. Improve workplace safety, implement risk management, and stay committed to education and training to maintain employees’ physical and mental health.
